The City Council Office is responsible for coordinating all City Council matters. Citizens can also have certificates etc. notarised at the City Council office.

According to the main statutes, the city council and the Lord Mayor are organs of the city. The Radebeul City Council consists of 34 Radebeul citizens who are elected by the people of Radebeul in the respective local elections.
Town council meetings and committee meetings are usually held once a month. The dates can be found in the meeting calendar. The public agenda items can also be found approximately one week before the relevant meeting date.
The city council meeting usually takes place on the third Wednesday at 5.00 pm in the council chamber of the town hall. Before entering the agenda, the residents' question time is called. Questions can be submitted in writing in advance or directly at the meeting. Anonymous questions or questions that do not relate to municipal matters will not be answered.
The first part of the City Council meeting and the committee meetings are open to the public. Visitors can attend without prior notice.
