Radebeul-Zitzschewig winegrowers' association invites you to a pruning course

The Radebeul-Zitzschewig winegrowing community once again invites all interested parties to the traditional pruning course at the Vetter vineyard "Am Talkenberger Hof", on the Coswig city limits. After a short lecture on soil preparation, variety selection, plants, specific training pruning and plant protection, you will be instructed in groups by experienced hobby winegrowers to prune the vines yourself.

Registration required: Not required. Participation is free of charge.

We recommend bringing your own secateurs and sturdy shoes. As this course takes place in all weathers, clothing should be appropriate.

The team from the wine cellar "Am Goldenen Wagen", on the Spitzhaustreppe in Radebeul, will once again provide all amateur winegrowers and those who want to become one with Saxon mulled wine and a hearty winegrower's kettle goulash. The Saxon wine sovereigns are expected as guests of honour.

The winegrowers of the winegrowing community look forward to seeing you there. With the annual pruning course, we as a winegrowing community want to make a contribution to the shaping of our Saxon wine culture landscape and the preservation of our steep slopes, which are important for tourism. The espalier vine on the façade, as well as the wine pergola, are also an enhancement of our unique Saxon wine region.
