Completion of pavement at Wackerbarth Castle

The renovation of the shared cycle/walking path on Meißner Straße between Wackerbarthstraße and Mittlerer Bergstraße has been completed. The road is once again open to public traffic. Remaining work is currently being carried out on the edges. As part of the project, the water-bound path was completely renewed, a functional drainage system was installed and a safe crossing over Mittlerer Bergstraße was created. The work, which was commissioned to Teichmann Bau GmbH from Wilsdruff, was originally scheduled to be carried out in autumn 2023, but had to be postponed due to the weather. The construction work has significantly improved a section of Radebeul's cycle traffic concept.
